Beginning in 2003 through completion, The Rise Group provided full project management services for the Art Institute of Chicago’s Modern Wing, designed by internationally renowned architect Renzo Piano. Rise team worked closely with Art Institute of Chicago in-house staff, providing ongoing management of all aspects of the planning, design, construction, LEED certification (Silver anticipated), commissioning, art installation and staff move-in processes.
